False or Misleading Credit Information

Errors on credit reports can be as small as an incorrect balance, or as huge as being marked as "deceased" or having your credit file mixed with someone else’s file.  If you have false or misleading credit information on your credit report, please contact us to set up a free consultation.

Illegal Debt Collection

Both federal and state law dictates how debts can be collected.  General categories of illegal collection behavior include: abusive and harassing behavior, false or misleading representations, and unfair collection practices.  Additionally, certain notices must be sent to a consumer.  If you feel that you have had illegal debt collection activity taken against you, please contact us to set up a free consultation.

Philosophy

At HNM Law, we strive to help people achieve freedom in consumer issues.  Abusive debt collection, incorrect credit reporting, or illegal car repossessions can act as a cage, hindering you from achieving your true financial potential.  Not knowing your options can cause you to feel trapped.  We want to come along side of you and free you from that cage.  At HNM Law, we will explain your legal options to you so that you can make informed decisions. It is important that you are listened to and that your questions throughout the legal process are answered.  At HNM Law, we will do just that.  Please feel free to call or email, and your questions will be answered.
